Place all ingredients in a food processor, and combine thoroughly.
Chill and serve as is, or you can create a paté by leveling the top of the prawn mixture, melting 20g butter, and pouring it gently over the top.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve with extra peeled prawns and lemon wedges.
