A lovely quick indo-chinese dish just try it once and you'll be hooked
Peel and devein the prawns
Heat the oil and add the shallot , chilli and garlic. Stir fry for 1-2 mins
Add the prawns and fry for 3-4 mins.
Stir in the soy and half the spring onions stir fry for a minute.
Add the ketchup and cook for 2 mins .
Add the pineapple and heat through.
Sprinkle with spring onion
Serve immediately
