1) Chop parsley
2) Peel and chop potato
3) Peel and chop garlic cloves
4) Cut up chicken into chunks. Optionally, brown on a stainless steel pan. (Or brown them in the pressure cooker later.)
Cooking:
Heat the pressure cooker under high heat. Put the oil and chicken pieces inside, and brown the chicken if you haven't already. Drop in all the remaining ingredients and seal the pressure cooker cover. Cook about 10 minutes under medium low heat. Turn off the heat and run the pressure cooker under cold water to quickly release the pressure. Once you can safely remove the cover, take everything out and eat!
