Suggest a better descriptionBeat egg with water. Dip chicken pieces in egg/water then dip in FINELY crushed pretzels. Put melted butter in a baking dish. Put coated chicken in pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake for an additional 30 minutes or til chicken is done and crispy.
