1 - Knead or dough setting in bread maker. Remove after final knead.
2 - divide into 2 oz portions or smaller, shape
3 - Apply egg white mixture (egg white w/ equal parts water)
4 - Place on greased baking sheets and cover with greased wrap
5 - Set in fridge for up to 24 hours
6 - Remove from fridge and remove wrap. Allow to rise for about 2 hours @ room temp
7 - Apply salt to top and bake at 375 deg for 20-25 min
