Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, then add cool whip and spread over crust. Put in fridge.
Mix jello in 2 cups water and stir in frozen strawberries. Let set for 10 minutes. Then pour over cream cheese layer. Put in fridge for 1 hour.
