Cut up bread and let sit for two days
Chop and saute celery, onions, garlic cloves and parsley in pan
Heat chicken stock
Toss/Mix bread and saute
Add chicken stock until moist not soggy
Place in pan and in oven for 20-30 minutes
Cover with foil if want less crispy
