Slice 10 pieces of bread. Place bread on cake rack set on baking sheet.
Placed slices of tomato on sliced baguette ovals. Sprinkle garlic over tomatoes, then lay mozzarella/prosciutto slices on top.
At this point may be covered and refrigerated for up to an hour.
Turn broiler on to medium/low heat, if temp control is available. Broil appetizers appx 3 minutes, rotating baking sheet as needed, until cheese starts to bubble and brown.
Serve hot or warm.
My own home canned heirloom tomatoes provide the best flavor without added herbs. Store bought may be used but you might want to enhance flavor with a bit of sea salt and powdered basil.
