Protein balls. Great for on-the-go or after work-out snack.
Mix all ingredients, except the Hemp Seeds, in a large bowl. Using a cookie scoop, roll into a ball. If mixture doesn't form well, or is too ry, add a bit more of honey/apple honey/agave nectar. Place the Hemp Seeds on a plate. When balls are formed, roll in Hemp Seeds to coat, slightly reshaping into a better ball.
If using agave nectar, I'd reduce the amount and maybe add a bit more almond butter or add some peanut butter.
