spread some oil on a pan and make your pancakes.
The trick for good looking and tasting pancakes is to maintain the heat on low level.
Flip them when you see little bubbles on the top (due to the baking powder) and let them a couple more minutes until they are both lightly brown on both sides. Serve with some fruits, peanut butter on top of it, or just some honey. Great!
