Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, pour into a well greased muffin tin making 6-8 muffins and bake for 25-30 mins make sure cooked right through.
Very simple and quick even for those people who can usually "taste" protein powder and done like it they will love em.
Great for a snack or breakfast can be made without oats and be gluten free!!
Do not put in a storage container until ice cold or will go soggy. Best eaten slightly warm with a little butter or for you sweet tooth people vanilla Greek yogurt.
