A simple and tasty protein shake using few ingredients.
Pull out a blender and gather all required ingredients. Peel the banana, break it into quarters and throw it in the blender. Add any kind of frozen fruit. I typically use mangos or strawberries depending on my whey powder. Add one tablespoon of peanut butter unless allergic. Add 125 ml of almond milk (or milk) to the blender followed by a scoop(s) of whey powder, finishing with the remaining 125 ml of almond milk. Blend these ingredients together for around a minute, until you no longer see or hear the frozen fruit hitting the sides of the blender.
You now have an awesome tasting Protein Shake to enjoy after your workout or if you just want a tasty/healthy meal replacement.
Make sure to add half a cup of Almond Milk before and after adding whey powder. Adding more then one scoop of whey powder makes a thicker shake. Using a knife to spread the peanut butter onto the frozen fruit may save time and make it less stressful.
