Boil prunes in water until soft, about an hour, with the cinnamon sticks added.
Pull the cinnamon sticks out.
Use emulsifying blender to serve with 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, juice of 1/4 orange.
Add 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
Serve with whipped cream
