Mélanger dans un bol la farine, le sel, l'huile d'olive et le mélange d'eau & levure.
Recouvrer ensuite la pâte d'un torchon, placer la dans le four et laisser monter pendant 1h.
Cette pâte sert à faire de la pâte à pizza et des chaussons aux épinards, par exemple.
Pour une pizza bien croustillante, préchauffer le four à 250 degrés (thermostat 8) et laisser cuire pas plus de 20 minutes
