Amazing vanilla pudding
Mix sugar, flour and salt together in a bowl. Add water and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until well blended, add milk. Put eggs and milk in HEAVY saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar, flour, salt and water mixture and stir in. Continue stirring CONSTANTLY until mixture thickens. Be careful it doesn't stick. When mixture thickens, add vanilla. Remove from heat and serve. Excellent with bananas on top and/or Cool Whip/whipped cream.
