A Brazilian Dessert
Mix eggs, milk, and condensed milk in blender and set aside.
Make syrup (“caldo”): 7 heaping tablespoons of sugar
Place sugar in pan to melt. Mix constantly. Start with high flames. When it starts to look dark turn to low. Stop with color you like. Pass the caldo on the sides of the bunt pan (all sides middle tube, too)
Pour the egg mixture into the bunt pan.
Place pan in “banho de Maria.” (just cover the bottom of a dish cookie sheet dish) Put in oven for 50 minutes. If the pan has a top you can bake it covered.
Let it cool then turn over to serve.
