Non meat chili
Microwave broth 1 qt and tomatoes 2 cans in a microwave safe dish on high power until steamy hot about 5 -7 minutes.
Meanwhile heat oil in pot and saute onions until soft and golden on med high heat. Add chili power, cumin, organo and sweet basil, saute until fragrant (minute or two). Add beans and hominy along with hot broth mixture.
Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and simmer partly covered until vegs are tender and flavors have blended. Stir in garlic, chocolate (shaved so it will melt quick) , cilantro. Cook until done and add morning Star Crumbles when I add vegetables.
