1. Bake pastry shells as directed on package.
2. Heat oil in skillet, add onion and cook until tender.
3. Add soup, milk, peas and carrots and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken and cook until mixture is hoy and bubbling. Serve in shells.
