Combine all ingredients except puff pastry. Blend to desired consistancy. Roll out puff pastry dough alot. Cut to wonton size or a little smaller, as these are very rich. Fill with 1-2 teaspoons of filling mixture. fold and seal with water. Use egg wash on top of each rangoon. Bake @ 400 degrees for 17 - 19 minutes.
Freeze well. reheat Frozen leftover at 400? for 10 minutes.
Serve with Sharon's Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce.
