sBut flour with Salt in a bowl. Add water and egg yolk. Use hook, to combine. Leave for rest. Cut butter in small slices. Keep cold!! Roll dough.but a layer of butter on one half. But other half on top. Roll again. Do the same aonther 5 times. Leave for a rest in fridge if butter get to soft.
