Preparing slaw: whisk all first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.
Add cole slaw mix and toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve (preferably overnight).
Preparing chicken: Combine barbecue sauce, vinegar (3 T.) and chicken in a bowl.
Microwave about 3 min. or until thoroughly heated. (can also heat in crock pot)
To serve: Place chicken on bun bottoms.
Spoon slaw on top of chicken.
Place remaining bun half on top.
