Mix all ingredients put the pork in the slow cooker. Pour the ingredients over the top and cook in slow cooker for approx 8hrs + on low. When ready to serve put pork into a bowl and pull apart with forks.
Serve with brown rice and a lime wedge , 2 on each plate.
