1. In a small bowl, mix together dry spices (1st 6 ingredients).
2. Add honey, vinegar and oil and stir into a paste.
3. Place onion in the bottom of a slow cooker. Top it with the pork and pour the honey paste over the meat. It's OK if some of it drips down to the bottom.
4. Cow on LOW 7-8 hours or until meat pulls apart with a fork. Shred meat with fork.
