Turn instant Pot to sauté. Add small amount of oil to cover bottom of pan. Salt and pepper the pork pieces, then sauté on all sides. Remove from instant Pot and allow to slightly cool.
Generously cover all sides of pork pieces with BBQ rub.
Pour just enough Worcestershire sauce into instant Pot to cover the bottom. Add broth and pork pieces.
Seal instant Pot and set to high pressure. Set manual timer to 70 minutes. After cooking, allow to naturally release pressure at least 15 minutes.
Remove pork from Pot and shred with two forks, return to liquid in pot and stir in 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Allow to heat on warm for about an hour to allow it to soak up the juices.
Serve on hamburger buns with more BBQ to taste.
