In a dutch oven, Saute the onions in the vegatable oil until tender. Add the remaining ingrediants. Stir well and simmer for at least 30 minutes over low heat. Add more beef broth or water if sauce becomes too thick.
For pulled pork, add pulled pork to the sauce and simmer for one hour. Add broth or water as needed to keep meat moist.
