Cook boneless pork loin roast at 325 degrees until it falls apart when pulled with a fork. (Usually about 4 hours). Put it in a roaster sprayed with Pam, pour a can of low sodium beef broth over it and cover it tightly with foil or a lid. When done, trim off any fat, then shed with 2 forks.
The following is to prepare the sauce.
Melt margarine with onions then add other ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 15-30 minutes. Beware - it will pop all over your stovetop - so be really careful. Add a little at a time to the pork. You can always add sauce but its hard to eat if too soupy.
