Pumpkin Bars:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
3. In separate bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Beat until combined.
4. Add dry ingredients. Beat until well combined.
5. Spread batter in an ungreased 15x10 baking pan.
6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
7. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1. In mixer bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter or margarine, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
3. Spread over cooled cake.
4. If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5. Refrigerate
