Holiday staple in my family.
Mix all dry ingredients except sugar. Set aside.
Mix sugar and oil in a separate bowl. Add eggs one at a time.
Add pumpkin to wet ingredients.
Mix in dry ingredients, a little at a time.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
