Mix eggs, pumpkin, water and oil until well blended. Now add remainder of ingredients leaving flour as the last item. Add flour last and mix until well blended.
Pour into 2 well greased and floured bread pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for about 15 minutes, then remove and let it continue to cool. Enjoy
