Suggest a better descriptionCombine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and baking soda. In another bowl mix the vinegar, cooking oil, water, eggs, and (drained) pumpkin. Pour the wet ingredients in a hole made in the center of the dry ingredients. Mix 3-4 mins. Add nuts.
Grease loaf pans and fill 2/3 of the way. Bake in oven preheared to 350F for 1-1 1/4 hours (check at 40 minutes.
For muffins reduce time to 30 minutes. For cupcakes, to 40.
