Old family recipe for holiday pumpkin bread
Bake at 350° until edges pull away from the side of the pan or toothpick is clean after pushing in the center of the bread.
In our family we poured the batter into 3 empty 1-pound coffee cans that were greased and floured. New cans have a freshness liner. I do not know how it would react with baking. If you have old-school cans, or save some pumpkin cans and understand the safety issues of the can liner feel free to try this.
After done pullout and place on a damp towel for 20 minutes. Cut down the center and then slice them in half inch slices for a perfect plate side serving.

If you're baking it in a pan make sure the center of the bread bounces back before removing from the oven.
