Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix almond meal, flax meal, melted butter and 3 tablespoons of Splenda. Pat into 9x13 pan.
Beat 2 eggs, cream cheese and 1/2 cup Splenda. Pour over crumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl; let sit while heating pumpkin mixture.
In sauce pan; mix pumpkin, 1/2 cup Splenda, cream, 3 beaten egg yolks, spice and salt. Cook until mixture bubbles.
Add softened gelatin to the hot pumpkin mixture. Mix and let cool.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add 1/4 cup Splenda and fold into the cooked mixture.
Pour over baked crust and chill for several hours or overnight.
