Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
Cream butter, gradually add sugars; beat till light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Alternate dry ingredients and pumpkin, mixing after each addition.
Stir in chips.
Drop 1/4 cup for each cookie on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 min till firm/lightly browned.
Makes about 2 dozen.
I make them a little smaller than 1/4 cup each.
