1. Microwave the Almond Butter, vanilla and sweetener (maple syrup / honey) for 10 seconds, then stir.
2. Add in pumpkin, almond milk, oats, cinnamon, salt, protein powder and mix well.
3. Lastly, add zucchini and dark chocolate chips if desired.
4. Store in a mason jar or airtight container overnight and voila!
