Alternate version of pumpkin cookies.
1. Mix it all together.
2. Spray cookie sheets (or cupcake pan).
3. Spoon over cookies in teaspoon or cereal spoon. The cookies will not spread or rise so you can put them fairly close together.
4. Wet fingers and shape cookies into a dome.
5. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. It makes anywhere from 3-5 dozen, depending on how big you spoon out your cookies.
