Beat cake mix, pumpkin puree, milk, egg, egg white and cocoa powder 2 min. 30 seconds. DROP 3 tbs batter in center of each football outline, spread to fill space, mounding batter in center. Bake 9 min. or until done. Let cool. Beat Neufchatel cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar 1 min. pipe onto flat side of half the cakes. Top with remaining cakes. Pipe laces with white chocolate, then SERVE.
