1. line 9x9 pan with foil
2. bring milk and sugar to a boil
3. mix in pumpkin and cinnamon, bring to boil again
4. stir in marshmallwo and butter and bring to a rolling boil
5. cook for 18 minutes
6. remove from heat and add white chocolate chips
7. stir until creamy and pour in pan.
8. refrigerate
