Melt 2 blocks of butter, then cool.
Sift dry ingredients: mochiko, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon.
Blend pumpkin, condensed milk, 4 eggs one at a time, vanilla.
Add the melted butter and blend.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients while mixing.
Pour into 9x13 pan coated with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Cool, then cut.
