These are good.
Heat oven to 400F. Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and spices. Combine milk, pumpkin, egg and oil in separate bowl. Stir milk mixture into dry ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
