Preheat oven to 400F. Combine oat bran, oats, milk in a bowl. In separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, spices. Blend pumpkin, egg whites, oil in a third bowl and then add to oat and milk mixture. Add in the flour sugar mixture and stir contents til just moist. Bake 20-25 min.
