Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners
Stir pumpkin mixture (egg, oil, milk, & pumpkin) into dry mixture (flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, oats, brown sugar, & raisins) until just moist.
Fill muffin tins & bake for 22 to 25 minutes - until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Can substitute walnuts for the raisins
