Suggest a better descriptionIn large saucepan over high heat, combine pumpkin puree, water, milk, raisins, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Bring to a boil.
Add the oatmeal. Turn the heat down and cook according to your oatmeal instructions. Stir often. Toast pepitas in skillet until fragrant (10 min).
Serve cooked oatmeal mixed with syrup/honey/br sugar and cream (optional). Sprinkle pepitas on top.
