Healthy version of this fall treat.
Mix and cook on nonstick griddle with cooking spray. Serve with spray butter, fat free cool whip-- could also serve with cooked apples. For a special treat, add cinnamon or chocolate chips or cranberries.
Note: I only had one egg, so I added a whole egg with an extra 1/4 c. Water. This is the recipe entered at myfitness pal.
