Traditional pumpkin pie in a prepared graham crust, ridiculously easy
Preheat oven to 425.
In large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice and eggs. Pour into graham crust. Place pie on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Lower oven temp to 350 and bake another 35 minutes. Pie is done when fork comes out clean. Cool on rack.
Serve cold or room temperature plain or with whipped cream.
