Our family favorite. The one we serve at every Thanksgiving (and other pumpkin pie occasion). Everyone loves this. Jeff likes his with vanilla bean ice cream.
Preheat the oven to 425?. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the heat to 300? and bake for about 45 minutes or until the filling is firm.
