Suggest a better descriptionBeat sugar and oil (1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce or prune puree) together. Add eggs one at a time then stir in pumpkin.
Measure out dry ingredients into a medium bowl. Stir well to combine. Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 deg. F for 40 to 50 minutes.
Let cool on rack then frost if desired.
