Great fall holiday dessert

Preheat oven to 350
Grease cookie sheet, cover with parchment paper, grease parchment paper
Mix eggs, baking soda, salt, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, sugar, and flour until smooth.
Spread mix evenly onto cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Remove, sprinkle 10x powdered sugar
flip onto clean dish towel (thin, smooth fabric is best)
position cake so it is wider than it is tall, roll up along short side, let cool
Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla
Unroll cake once cool
spread filling
roll cake back up
refrigerate until served
