Suggest a better descriptionBeat eggs and sugar together for 5 min. Add pumpkin and lemon juice. Add dry ingredients with flour and sift. Slowly mix into wet ingredients. Pour into jelly roll pan covered in wax paper. Bake 15-25 min. Turn out onto dusted wax paper. And roll up to cool. Mix 1 box of softened cream cheese, 2 tbls butter, beat well. Add 1 tsp vanilla, and 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix well. May add cool whip for lightness . Spread filling onto roll when cool. Freeze.
