Suggest a better descriptionMix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and pour into a 9x13 pan. Crumble dry yellow cake mix on top gently by hand. Pour melted butter on top. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Let cool COMPLETELY!
ICING: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and cool whip. Spread over cake and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of chopped pecans.
Can substitute pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon and nutmeg.
