Put the cereals in a large bowl and set aside. In a 1 quart microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on High 1 minute, then stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stir until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon resealable freezer bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread onto wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
